Low noise and high interception amplifiers 

The LNA family of NuWaves Low Noise and High Interception Amplifiers (HILNA ™) provides an unprecedented combination of attributes, which includes a very low noise figure, extremely high gain, high linearity, broadband performance and a wide supply voltage range for maximum installation flexibility. 

Power Amplifiers 

Taking advantage of the latest gallium nitride (GaN) technology and market-leading design miniaturization techniques, NuPower RF Power Amplifier modules are designed to meet the demanding needs of the aeronautics, defense and aerospace markets. The NuPower ™ series of solid-state RF and microwave power amplifiers is ideal for expanding your communication range, with standard modules that cover VHF, UHF, L-, S- and C-Band frequencies with up to 100 Watts of RF output power. 

Bidirectional amplifiers 

The NuPower Xtender ™ series of bi-directional semiconductor amplifier modules (BDA) is ideal for extending the communication range of half-duplex transceivers. NuPower Xtender ™ 's combination of energy efficiency and a rugged, miniature package makes them ideal for broadband telemetry, ISR, UAS, and high stress, size and weight tactical communications systems (SWaP) .

Amplifier Solutions Corp. (ASC) was founded in 2004 by a team of experienced engineers from Phoenix.

Amplifier Solutions Corporation is a designer and manufacturer of RF & Microwave hybrid amplifiers for the military and commercial markets. ASC’s thick film hybrids utilize GaAs FET, silicon bipolar transistor and MMIC technologies to achieve low to medium power output in the 300 kHz to 6 GHz frequency band.

ASC’s amplifiers are ideal for signal amplification applications that require super linearity, low to medium output power, low noise, high reverse isolation, low distortion, and/or wide bandwidth.

ASC’s most recent design efforts leverage advances being made with GaN semiconductor technology.

In addiction to the line of standard products, nextec rf ofer custom design services for variety of amplifiers and other RF anf microwave sub-systems.

Advanced Microwave, Incorporated was established in 1995 for the purpose of manufacturing commercial products such as mixers and amplifiers. As requirements arose, they expanded into military electronic components and subsystems in 1998. 

Advanced Microwave's facilities are located in Sunnyvale, CA, USA, in the heart of the Silicon Valley - making it easier and faster to obtain raw material, and to monitor the quality of the parts. The facilities are over 10,000 square feet with a large manufacturing clean room facility, built exclusively for Advanced Microwave, Inc.

The integrated assembly may cover the frequency range of DC to 40 GHz. Advanced Micrwave has perfected a manufacturing process that combines soft board (duroid) and alumina substrate (ceramic) into one package, achieving the most rugged and durable product to withstand the most severe environmental requirements.
